Key Responsibilities
- Daily absent monitoring of the sample room
- Monitoring long absentees and employee visits
- Engage with sample room employees and active participation in grievance handling with the support of higher management
- Event organizing and supporting
Knowledge And Skills
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge in MS Office package
