Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs and development initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.
- Support the administration of the performance appraisal process.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of performance-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and Performance Management
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team
