Intimates' customers include Victoria's Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the Industrial Engineering team as an Executive Industrial Engineering to improve manufacturability by standardizing both machine & method, with the product development team using PPA process, chassis & autonomation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously look for automation options to de-skill the operation at Pre-Production stage.
• Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirement for layouts and ensure machines available for production.
• Engage with the Machine Design & Development engineer & Autonomation Engineer to identify autonomation opportunities to reduce operational SMV.
• Engage with internal & external suppliers to ensure all the required automated solutions are available at all respective plants for productions.
• Be on alert for abnormalities in shop floor and engage in resolving them.
• Adhere to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing processes to maintain zero accidents.
• Align with projects relating to MOS (MAS Operating System) to achieve the required standards.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic Engineering Degree.
• GSD License certification.
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
• Knowledge on industrial engineering.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant.
