MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offering athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to conduct continuous improvements for production-related operations, whilst engaging in method and time analysis, in order to maintain planned production efficiencies whilst increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve operational excellence through achievement of budgeted QCO time through on time completion of all internal and external activities.
• Create continuous flow to achieve agreed efficiency levels by improving methods & and reducing bottle necks in Post Knitting.
• Improve budgeted net profit by saving 5% SMV in every new model through method improvements.
• Develop a multiskilled cadre by way of providing training and thereby ensuring skill availability for bulk productions.
• Maintain adherence to organizational standards whilst leading initiatives such as: SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in day-to-day activities, including MOS initiatives; PDCAs, Kaizen and other special projects within the team.
• Standardize TMs for current agreed best method by aligning GSD codes.
• Facilitate PK Efficiency improvement & TM rewarding system projects.

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree in textile and physical science.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
