Assistant – Sales and Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and system updates in SAP, including Purchase Orders (POs) and sample records.
- Coordinate and manage sample orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support daily sales and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales operations.
- Liaise with internal teams to track orders and resolve operational issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BSc or CIM qualification (part qualification preferred).
- Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP or strong system adaptability.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
