- Responsible for deploying and installing technology and hardware across the country
- Handle customer support tickets and calls
- Work directly with product engineers, users, customers, and clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely and in the field
- Maintain expert knowledge of deployment systems and software

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Comfortable with frequent travel (50-75%)
