Warehouse Management System Coordinator

Ryder is hiring permanent full time WMS coordinators in Hagerstown, Maryland. Warehouse positions pay weekly plus hourly pay: $23.45 per hour. Schedules available: first shift Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supporting standard facility key performance indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
• Work closely with operations supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
