We are at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation in space-based systems. We are seeking a Test Conductor to support Space Vehicle Assembly, Integration and Test (SV AI&T) with a Space RADAR Payload for a Prototype and Production program. The successful candidate will interface with SV AI&T Leadership, Payload I&T, multiple engineering disciplines, including hardware electrical and mechanical, software, firmware, and system engineering, and technicians. In addition, the applicant must be able to lead test bench operations, and record and report progress. This person will clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills and will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders. In addition, this person will help ensure the pedigree of the product delivered is acceptable for space and proper documentation and team workplace habits are in place to support it. And they will have the ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate with the Payload I&T team and the sister Production Program to leverage lessons learned. This position is on-site in Linthicum, MD, initially through 2026 for the Prototype, and will transition to nearby Elkridge, MD for Production.

Primary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
