We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to oversee the delivery of large, complex projects. This role involves managing project scope and risk, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness, and leading project delivery. You will also provide technical support to sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.
• Review and integrate technical architecture requirements.
• Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.
• Collaborate with the Functional team to determine the best implementation solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
• Develop end-to-end technical solutions, especially those outside the ServiceNow platform.

Here's what you need:

• 5 years of relevant experience in a Technical Lead role leading ServiceNow implementations.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
• Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile).

Bonus points if you have:

• Additional ServiceNow certification.
• SAFe/Agile certification.
• Implementations in cloud environments.

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI is required.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $171,300—$219,300 USD.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
