GovCIO is currently hiring a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME to support our US Coast Guard program. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities include guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery to emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate will also contribute ITSM-related recommendations for implementation consideration spanning across service management policies, guidelines, and processes. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote teams and clients. Key tasks include designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards; designing and configuring ServiceNow modules and forms; administering ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations; and designing and developing scoped applications as well as a service portal. Additional support will be provided based on subject matter expertise.
Qualifications: Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience include a minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience, minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles, thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System, experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, experience in REST, SOAP services, etc, an understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified, strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Certified System Administrator Clearance Required: active Secret clearance is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience include BS Computer Science, ITIL Foundation Certified, ServiceNow Developer Certifications, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

Posted Pay Range: The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.
