We're looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for end users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced help desk environment.

Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: In-office work required two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Frequency may increase based on business needs. Participation in two TEK holidays per year, each requiring a 9-hour shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
