The Service Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. This role involves answering questions related to account setup, billing, scheduling, and order details while proactively supporting clients throughout the scheduling process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The coordinator will troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner, maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, and monitor customer feedback to drive improvements.

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The role requires collaboration with other team members, especially during peak periods to maintain workflow integrity. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
