Service & Repair Technician

The Service & Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic and mechanical systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting field-returned or in-house equipment to restore functionality and ensure reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in equipment and assemblies
• Repair and replace circuit boards, wiring, connectors, and mechanical components
• Perform electrical and mechanical testing to verify proper operation after repair
• Troubleshoot software cabling and connectivity issues
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Document repairs, test results, and parts used
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on recurring issues
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in equipment service, repair, or technical support roles
• Strong electrical background with hands-on experience troubleshooting circuits
• Experience working with circuit boards and electronic assemblies
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and repair techniques
• Ability to use multimeters and other diagnostic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities
