The Engineering Process Analyst will join the Networks and Connectivity Engineering (NCE) team within our Connected Aviation Solutions business unit. This team supports the core aviation datalink service which provides air/ground data communications for airlines and business aviation, enabling the exchange of information from airborne subsystems to ground-based computers anywhere in the world. This is done by using VHF, HF, and satellite-based radio links and a private global network. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving processes for the NCE organization. The analyst will contribute significantly to engineering lifecycle by coordinating the engineering process development. The candidate will also perform organizational practices, such as auditing, metrics, training, and project closures. These processes and practices require data analysis, maintaining detailed artifacts, chairing meetings with engineering leaders, and resolving issues. This is an onsite position based in Annapolis, Maryland.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
