 
                                                
                                            Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – Operations Support. As the Senior Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – Operations Support, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive HSE strategies, programs, and systems that promote workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across Sodexo's North American operations. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for corporate HSE governance, ISO 45001 program management, and driving a culture of safety through Sodexo's global Zero Harm Mindset. You will provide strategic direction to a team of HSE professionals supporting all business segments and transversal functions in the U.S. and Canada. This is a remote role with 20% travel with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.
