Communicating personnel, equipment and supply needs to the Vice President of Contracts/Vice President of Projects and participate in the hiring process of staff. Upon receipt of order, coordinating with the Office Administrator work orders and job numbers. Reviewing and completing work in progress reports and coordinating and reviewing the billing processes with the Administrative Group Manager. Supervise the review of TandM tickets, receipts, and other paperwork from the Field staff and ensure accuracy. The Group Manager will train other personnel in the proper completion of paperwork and follow up to ensure compliance and timely delivery of paperwork to the Division Office. In conjunction with the Contracts Management team, organize and manage weekly operations updates for the Vice President of Contracts/Vice President of Projects and serve as the primary responsible party for communicating issues and changes to Division Management. In conjunction with Division Management, managing acceptable inventory levels and scheduling material purchases according to market needs and trends. Supervise the day to day activities of office staff and oversee the supervision of the field crew and ensure that all required inspections, technical issues, material deficiencies, safety, and emergency situations are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, as needed.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Perform duties on-site and underground at industrial locations. Must be able to work at heights. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule; overtime and be willing to travel. Must be safety and customer-focused without exception. Flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Work in harsh weather conditions as needed.
Degree in Project or Construction Management, or relevant Engineering Discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of Mechanical or Industrial experience preferred. PMP designation Preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. Comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical Services preferred. Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately. Skill in dealing with the public in a manner which will facilitate any constructive problem solving possible. Proficiency in personal computers and software packages including specific knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, or Primavera P6.
