Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Patient Services Manager 2, at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital located in Baltimore, MD. MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital is a 180 bed faith based facility, functioning as a community teaching hospital specializing in rehabilitation, geriatrics, and other services, though exact counts vary slightly by source.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the General Manager, the Patient Services Manager will support and oversee the patient dining program, "At Your Request", the ideal candidate will manage and direct frontline staff and ensure food quality while providing the highest level of customer and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies; passion for our patients and customers to ensure our Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily; knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets; experience with oversight of diet offices; and/or strong management skills, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
