Manager, Hr Delivery

The Manager, HR Delivery is responsible for supporting the governance, delivery and continuous improvement of HR Solutions initiatives. In this role, the Manager, HR Delivery is responsible for managing the HR technology governance tools, measurement tools and recurring team deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Inform and/or update leadership, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Manage time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
  • Presents ideas, expectations and information for executive-level audiences.
  • Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.
  • Escalates risks, issues and decisions needed to program leadership
  • Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.

You're Who We're Looking For If You:

  • Have strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; able to take large volumes of complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
  • Have strong communications skills and experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
  • Can quickly gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of Human Resource strategies, priorities, and initiatives and represent them to various constituencies.
  • Have strong business acumen and service orientation.
  • Are able to work in a matrix organization, partnering with resources to achieve results through others.
  • Actively pursue continual process improvement.
  • Are highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.

Education + Experience Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university; 2+ years' experience in executing projects.
  • Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple priorities.
