Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales And Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a desire to help clients protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and networking
• Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to clients' needs (auto, home, life, business, etc.)
• Prepare and deliver quotes, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Service:
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing policyholders
• Process policy changes, renewals, claims assistance, and billing inquiries
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure all sales and service activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies
• Use CRM and agency management software to track leads, communications, and transactions
• Maintain state insurance license and complete any required continuing education

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree a plus)
• Active insurance license (Property and Casualty, and/or Life and Health) or ability to obtain
• Previous insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
• Proficient with computers and basic office software (Word, Excel, email, CRM tools)
