Mobile HVAC Engineer

What You'll Do:
- Conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance, including basic plumbing, lighting repairs, and general building maintenance such as replacing ceiling tiles, patching/painting, and carpet repairs.
- Handle equipment malfunctions, decide on solutions for adjustments, and use your skills to upkeep, operate, and fix HVAC systems along with related electrical and plumbing systems.
- Complete maintenance and repair records as required, ensuring all work is detailed.
- Travel to different job sites using a company-issued vehicle, efficiently completing daily work tasks.
- Share your extensive expertise in HVAC systems and broad understanding of related job areas with team members, mentoring and leading by example.
- Impact the quality of your work and that of the team, ensuring tasks are performed to the highest standard.
- Clearly explain complex technical information to team members and clients, ensuring understanding and collaborative problem-solving.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Willingness to apply innovative thinking to existing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze and solve mildly complex problems.
- Advanced math skills to perform calculations such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is or $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $43.26 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
