This position supports Franchise Management Company (FMC) engagement by coordinating internal team efforts, facilitating enrollment in key topline programs, and assisting with access to deployment tools involved with Digital and Technology Transformation (DTT). The role includes monitoring FMC participation, troubleshooting access issues, and supporting escalation response efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Minimal travel required.
Education and Experience Required:

Support FMC enrollment in Topline programs and tools.
Drive FMC enrollment for escalation communications and Mission Control access.
Assist in escalation tracking and response coordination.
Coordinate with BTO and OFS teams to ensure FMC access and engagement.
Distribute resources and support tactics for FMC success.
Gather feedback and share with relevant teams to improve processes.
Partner with FMCs to troubleshoot access to deployment tools (e.g., Mission Control, mDASH).
Support team leads in executing plans and providing insights.
Proactively monitor deployment dashboards for trends in FMC engagement and conduct outreach at the account level.
Participate in weekly escalation calls and collaborate with the OFS team to drive response plans.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
The pay range for this position is $40.81 to $56.44 per hour. Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
