Our Field Engineers go where the work is, and are assigned to projects around North America. We provide relocation to our home office locations (Lenexa, Kansas, and Bloomington Minnesota) and to our project sites and back to your original location, or onto the next project. You must be able to travel/relocate anywhere in the country, as frequently as business needs require.

Undergraduate degree in engineering, (can be electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, for example) or construction management or related degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related position is required. 2+ years of related professional Field Engineering/office engineering, and/or estimating experience in the construction field for self-performed construction work, in industrial construction. Experience and interest in Data Center construction (or similar hyperscale project) is preferred. Ability to travel and relocate as required/Willing to go wherever the project is and stay on the project for the full duration. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills, passion for safety and quality, Strong written and verbal communications skills. Great attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies and able to communicate with construction teams to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment. Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
