We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative & Strategic Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support proprietary systems and manage the proposal library, ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with precision. Skilled in document libraries, metadata tagging, and permission management in SharePoint. Strong ability to draft, format, and refine executive-level documents. Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, SharePoint, and proposal tools. Trusted to manage confidential data and represent executives professionally.
Experience supporting DoD or federal proposal efforts. Familiarity with proprietary systems and IP protection protocols. Understanding of government contracting and compliance frameworks.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for meetings, training, networking events, and other essential business activities. Depending on project scope and client needs, on-site presence may be necessary in the future.
