Ability to lead a large cross functional engineering team to complete complex tasks, satisfy multiple competing demands, and adapt to frequent changing priorities. Required skills and experiences: PMP certification. Minimum of 10 years' documented experience related to engineering efforts in support of naval vessels. Experience relating to DoD ACAT I or DHS Level I shipbuilding programs strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years' documented experience in engineering management of a contractor support team for DoD ACAT I or DHS Level I program. Degree requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. A secret security clearance.
