Patient Service Coordinator

Patient Service Coordinator position with a rehabilitation clinic in Odenton, MD. 100% on-site role offering $16–$19/hour, where you'll play a key part in supporting our patients and clinical team with exceptional service and care. Shift: M-F (between 8am - 8pm), flexible to work 8 hours between this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and assist with billing support
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Odenton, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
