To be the liaison between sales, customers, drivers, and distribution to ensure product is efficiently tracked and delivered in a safe and legal manner on-time and in full. Schedule: Sun-Wed 8am to 7pm w/ rotating Saturdays. This position has a target wage of $18-$22.50 per hour, based on shift, experience, and qualifications with an annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available. Principal and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain phone and email communication between internal and external customers.
Monitor and track status of loads appearing on exception monitors.
Communicate with customers and sales regarding late deliveries and record updated data as appropriate in system.
Reschedule deliveries as needed using web-based scheduling systems.
Process forms with information for breakdowns, discrepancies, accidents, personal injury, product recall, etc.
Familiarity with Office 365, spreadsheets, and reporting functions that will be incorporated into daily responsibilities of the job.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Minimum Education: High School Graduate or GED preferred. Associate Degree preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of standard software applications.
1 - 3 Years applicable experience preferred.
