We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, maintaining security, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the store and performing other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions, lift between 30 and 50 lbs., and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting is required. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, strong organizational and communication skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
