About the Role: We're supporting a health insurance broker management team during a high-volume busy season and are looking for a hands-on Broker Support Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is not a sales role. You will not be selling insurance. Instead, you'll work behind the scenes to support brokers and internal sales teams, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and keep enrollments moving during ACA and Medicare peak periods. This role is well suited for someone with a background in health insurance customer support, enrollment, or sales support who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
