Your Team, Your Impact
The team is committed to delivering excellence in management subsystem and CXL, memory and interconnect technologies. We design and implement advanced automation frameworks, validate firmware for PCIe, CXL, memory controller products, and integrate quality processes into CI/CD pipelines. With deep expertise in C/C++ Python-based automation, protocol compliance, and performance validation, we collaborate across engineering teams to ensure robust, high-quality releases that power next-generation solutions.
What You Can Expect
- Hands-on experience with Pytest and C/C++ frameworks (Expert proficiency)
- Ability to understand and debug test failures (automation is supportive, not primary)
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven testing tools.
- Excellent system design, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
What We're Looking For
- 4 to 10 Years of relevant experience in Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software systems using Python.
- Contribute code across multiple projects, different feature areas, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring consistent quality and standards.
- Drive architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making across teams.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Use Pytest (Python) and GTest (C/C++) to validate functionality and maintain test quality.
- Add new test cases from scratch for both Python and C/C++ components.
- Use proficient debugging tools for both languages: Python debuggers such as pdb, VSCode debugger, PyCharm debugger. C/C++ debuggers such as GDB, or IDE-based debuggers (e.g., CLion, VSCode).
- Enhance or refactor existing test suites for better reliability and maintainability.
- Perform basic automation debugging using logs, stack traces, and failure outputs.
- Work efficiently within CI/CD pipelines, enabling test execution, test gating, and validation.
- Apply prompt engineering and leverage open-source AI tools to auto-generate or refine test scenarios.
With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity. We're dedicated to giving our people the tools and resources they need to succeed in doing work that matters, and to grow and develop with us.
