Your Team, Your Impact Marvell's Enterprise Business Unit is an industry leader in the Enterprise market. We partner closely with customers to deliver complete solutions encompassing Ethernet Switches, PHYs, and Processors. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping products that power next-generation enterprise and data center networks.

What You Can Expect

  • We are seeking a Product Line Director with a strong foundation in Enterprise Networking to help build and grow our business.
  • Product Definition & Strategy
    • Understand the needs of target customers for Campus Enterprise and Data Center management switch solutions.
    • Translate customer and market requirements into clear, actionable technical product definitions.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
    • Develop deep insight into competitive solutions and market trends.
    • Define and articulate Marvell's differentiation and competitive advantage.
    • Produce ongoing competitive analyses to support sales, marketing, and positioning.
    • Ensure external collateral and website messaging accurately reflect Marvell's value proposition.
  • Outbound Product Management & Marketing
    • Own creation of customer-facing collateral, including presentations, product demos, datasheets, technical notes, solution briefs, sales scripts, FAQs, videos, and case studies.
    • Maintain and curate the collateral library; guide and enable field sales on effective usage.
    • Lead and support product launches, industry events, trade shows, website updates, and joint marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Customer & Field Engagement
    • Work closely with customers, sales, and field teams to support design wins and grow the opportunity funnel.
    • Partner with internal engineering teams to resolve customer technical issues quickly and effectively.
    • Improve forecast accuracy through close collaboration with sales, customers, and demand planning.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Build strong working relationships with engineering and cross-organizational teams.
    • Gain trust and credibility as the product and market authority.

What We're Looking For

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience with a strong understanding of Ethernet switching technologies and market dynamics.
  • Experience defining and delivering complex silicon SoCs.
  • Demonstrated success across the full semiconductor product lifecycle, including NPI.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (Ethernet) components and the broader ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and drive a sales funnel in partnership with sales teams.
  • Track record of effectively influencing and working with engineering organizations.
  • Strategic, analytical mindset with experience conceiving and launching new products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills across all levels — internal, partner, and customer.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and a proven "can-do" attitude.

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
