Marswalk builds social media channels for international corporations and market leaders and makes their brand appearances Gen-Z ready. Guaranteed without annoying, "cringe" advertising. Among our clients are Coca-Cola, dm, Peek & Cloppenburg, Netto, Drei, and Raiffeisen.

Tasks

• Real Challenge, Steep Learning Curve. You will manage large campaigns for even larger brands. As the interface between customer, internal teams, and external stakeholders, you will recognize problems early, manage budgets, and meet deadlines. This is challenging – but you will learn the fastest. And if things get tough, your team will support you unconditionally.
• Organization Meets Creativity. You have everything under control organizationally, but you also bring in your creative side. With a sense for social media, storytelling, and video quality.
• Great Responsibility, Ambitious Goals. Unlike other agencies where you wait years, here you quickly take on well-known brands. You build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strategy Meets Execution. Here you develop and implement your own strategies and influencer campaigns for large brands. You think proactively, bring in fresh ideas, and ensure the highest quality.

Qualification

• You want to keep improving, not stand still.
• You keep a cool head, even when things get chaotic.
• You are enthusiastic about social media – especially short video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• You look for solutions, not excuses.
• Speed > Politics: Have an idea? Go for it.
• You are excellently organized and communicate clearly, professionally, and convincingly.
• You get to work on your own, instead of waiting for instructions.
• You can be relied on – your team and our customers know that.
• You understand what makes good content – from idea to shooting to editing.
• German at C2 level, English is also required.
• Industry experience is advantageous, but we are happy to polish the rough diamonds.
