Tasks

Real challenge, steep learning curve. You take care of large campaigns for even larger brands. As the interface between customer, internal teams, and external stakeholders, you recognize problems early, manage budgets, and meet deadlines. This is demanding – but you learn the fastest. And when it gets tough, your team supports you unconditionally.

Organization meets creativity. You have everything under control in terms of organization, but you also bring in your creative side. With a sense for social media, storytelling, and video quality.

Great responsibility, ambitious goals. Unlike other agencies, you quickly assume responsibility for well-known brands with us. You build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Strategy meets execution. With us, you develop and implement your own strategies and influencer campaigns for large brands. You think proactively, bring in fresh ideas, and ensure the highest quality.

A lot of information, masterful communication. Our customers always want to be top-informed – thanks to you, they are. You communicate confidently, clearly, and convincingly, even when it gets stressful.

Travellust meets office culture. Exciting shoots take you to cool locations in the DACH region and beyond. Most of the time, however, you spend in our Vienna office – with great team spirit, joint lunches, and a fantastic view.

Qualification

You want to keep improving, not just stand still.

You are enthusiastic about social media – especially short video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

You look for solutions, not excuses.

Speed > politics: Do you have an idea? Go for it.

You are excellently organized and communicate clearly, professionally, and convincingly.

You get things done yourself, instead of waiting for instructions.

You can be relied upon – your team and our customers know that.

You understand what makes good content – from idea to shooting to editing.

German at C2 level, English is also proficient.

Industry experience is advantageous, but we are happy to give raw diamonds the necessary polish.
