Tasks

• Responsibility for the development and implementation of marswalk marketing
• Building, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel B2B marketing
• Setting up and implementing an agile strategy to generate inbound customers
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting relevant KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• Collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams for the continuous optimization of the customer journey
• Building automation and lead nurturing processes
• Creating and coordinating content, alone or with the support of the video team
• Problem solving and constant improvement

Qualification

• Proven experience in performance marketing and growth management
• Practical experience in the creation and optimization of funnels
• Analytical skills to derive measures from performance data
• Experience in scaling marketing measures
• Independent, structured working style and ability to take responsibility for results

Desirable: Experience in the SaaS sector or in the B2B sector
