Marsh is looking for a Lead Coördinator Claims Operations – a smart doer with strategic insight and a passion for claims management within the stock market segment (property or liability). Someone who understands how to handle claims in detail, but also leads the team in continuous improvement. Are you comfortable in both Dutch and English? Then we have the perfect role for you!

As Lead Coördinator Claims Operations, you are the central figure between the team, the processes, and the content. You know what’s happening in the practice of claims management, but you also look beyond the individual cases. You ensure everything runs smoothly – from intake to processing, from team meetings to process optimization.

• In Content you also handle claims (stock market property and/or liability) – you know what you’re talking about.
• Coordinating you lead the team of claims handlers, ensure distribution of tasks, and are the first point of contact for escalations.
• Process-wise you analyze and improve the claims processes. You identify bottlenecks and translate them into smart solutions.
• Administratively you don’t turn a blind eye to correct registration, monitoring, and reporting – you understand that a tight process starts with overview.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with claims management in the stock market segment (property or liability).
• Experience in managing or coordinating a team. Experience within a matrix organization is a plus.
• You have a sharp eye for processes and dare to critically look at existing methods.
• You are energetic, accurate, proactive, and people-oriented. You are a doer who knows how to tackle problems.
• You are customer-oriented, service-oriented, and results-oriented.
• You have an affinity with administration and structure – you know that details matter.
• You communicate clearly, switch quickly, and always keep the overview.
• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
