Marsh is looking for a talented individual to join our Automotive Fleets team. This position is based in Paris and is a hybrid role with remote work options.
What You Will Experience:
The Automotive Fleets department in France is looking for a candidate to join our team of 12. The position is based in La Défense.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up and monitoring contracts for the portfolio using our IT tool
- Ensuring the production of financial statements and their collections (tracking client payments, follow-up on unpaid amounts)
- Responding to clients regarding the warranty conditions of their automotive fleet program
- Managing vehicle fleets, updating our databases
- Issuing insurance certificates (green cards, various certificates) during renewal periods
What We Expect From You:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Independence, thoroughness, and a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to anticipate challenges
- Proficiency in Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, research, etc.)
