As a Client Service Representative on the Retirement Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, supporting Account Managers and Account Executives, preparing materials for upcoming investment review meetings, processing investment change paperwork, and assisting with plan administration. You will collaborate with internal team members to deliver tailored solutions and support our clients in achieving their retirement plan goals.
