Commercial Operations plays a vital role in how we enable performance, improve decision-making, and drive sustainable growth. This role is part of a newly established Commercial Operations Team, created to strengthen forecasting, commercial processes, and operational excellence across the business.
We are now hiring a Commercial Operations Co-ordinator for our Landscaping Products business unit, this is an opportunity to be part of something where your contribution will have real impact, influence how we work, and help shape how commercial operations support the business to succeed. So, what's the mission? As Commercial Operations Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role at the heart of our commercial decision-making. Supporting the Head of Commercial Operations & Enablement, you'll help shape systems, improve commercial processes, and strengthen customer confidence. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, commercial growth, and how we partner with our customers across our Landscaping Products business. It is an ideal role for someone analytical, proactive, and motivated by turning data into insight that drives real-world outcomes, this role offers visibility, influence, and the chance to make a measurable difference. You will bring a broad, holistic understanding of how we operate, across Landscaping Products and our shared systems and processes across all business units. You'll use your knowledge of our people, structure, and ways of working to challenge constructively, identify improvements, and help us work smarter. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations & Enablement, you'll support the creation, analysis, and optimisation of commercial processes and systems. You'll work closely with Commercial Enablement colleagues, sales leaders, account managers, and supporting functions to ensure our commercial processes effectively enable the Landscaping Products business to deliver against its KPIs. Bringing your Marshalls experience, you'll act as a connector across teams and divisions understanding how our systems, processes, and data interact, and using that insight to ask the right questions, challenge existing approaches, and propose more efficient and effective ways of working.
