As a Junior Groups & Events Sales Executive, you'll be the first touchpoint for our clients from first enquiry to confirmed business.

Your mission:

• Handle Groups & Events enquiries with speed, precision, and style
• Turn client needs into tailored proposals
• Support conversion from opportunity to confirmed business
• Work closely with all departments to bring events to life
• Keep the sales pipeline active, organized, and moving

This is not just admin. This is sales in motion.

What you'll do:

• Respond to enquiries (email, phone, systems) in a timely, brand-aligned way
• Qualify leads and identify business potential
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contracting
• Follow up consistently to drive conversion
• Support upselling across rooms, spaces, F&B, and experiences
• Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Rooms, and Events teams
• Support BEO preparation and operational handovers
• Keep CRM and pipeline updated and accurate
