Stage HR Payroll - The St. Regis Florence & The Excelsior Florence

Job Description

The intern will learn to work in a multinational luxury hotel chain, understand its organizational structure, and have access to the company intranet.

The intern will be mentored by the HR Payroll Coordinator and will perform activities in the Human Resources Office. They will collaborate in the management of Extras (staff on call contracts). They will learn the processes of human resources administration: payrolls, hiring, terminations or changes in employment status, accidents, illnesses, vacations, and will be responsible for the control of attendance and service hours using the company's internal programs. They will learn the application of relevant legal regulations. They will also be responsible for updating personal data in the company's operational systems.

Requirements:

• Preferred studies in Economics and human resources management
• Availability from now for a minimum period of 6 months
• Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English
