We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager – Luxury Leisure USA to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales for the US territory and driving business leads on the 5-star London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for majority of the USA market: West, Midwest and South excluding the Northeast region which will remain under the helm of the Director of Sales. Responsible for entirety of Canadian market as well.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities across allocated market segment
- Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue.
- Sales Activities: Conducting client meetings, sales calls, site inspections, attending trade shows, and participating in FAM (familiarization) trips.
- Revenue Maximization: Focusing on increasing room revenue and revenue from ancillary services.
