Leisure & Reservation Trainee
Assisting Leisure & Resa team in all admin tasks
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Leisure Sales and Reservations teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist in compiling reports, updating CRM records, and managing rate loading.
- Help prepare proposals, confirmations, and contracts for FIT and agency bookings.
- Coordinate documentation for consortia submissions and promotional material.
- Track incoming requests and help manage the shared inbox or lead distribution.
- Shadow sales calls or reservation procedures as part of training development.
Group Sales Trainee
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group Reactive team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help with RFP tracking, lead distribution, and follow-up reminders.
- Support in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Shadow sales calls, site inspections, and internal meetings to understand sales processes.
- Provide support in organizing files, contracts, and reporting dashboards.
Weddings & Social Events Trainee
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert small & medium leads for weddings and social events (Birthday).
- Manage administrative tasks including contracts, deposits, and supplier communications.
- Assist in organizing the details of weddings and social events (timelines, BEOs, menus, floor plans).
- Support clients with logistical needs and questions pre-arrival.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Liaise with external suppliers (florists, entertainment, decorators) to ensure alignment with client vision and resort standards.
- Create and distribute accurate and timely documentation (function sheets, rooming lists, agendas).
- Assist in gathering feedback and managing post-event tasks like billing and lost & found.
