As Business Development Manager at the largest conference hotel in The Hague, you have an exciting and dynamic role as our property offers 306 guest rooms and a wide variety of meeting and event spaces. Being part of Marriott International brings a strong foundation of loyal guests and global sales organization to proactively build on by identifying and securing additional business to maximize rooms and events revenue. In this role, you leverage your network to stay ahead of market developments. You follow trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure we remain top-of-mind. You anticipate the needs of our clients and offer creative and tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Being a part of the Sales team you explore new markets in all business segments, from corporate to leisure, groups to individuals to generate new enquiries and leads. You work closely with the Conference & Events Team for any group/events enquiries to be converted and collaborate with the Sales Manager to maximize existing relationships. Together with the Sales Team you act as an ambassadors of the hotel. You think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and recognize potential in every segment.
