Your Tasks:

• Learning all important tasks and processes in the restaurant
• Acquiring specific food and beverage knowledge
• Preparation activities in the F & B outlets
• Providing all necessary items and materials (e.g., cutlery, salt shakers, glasses)
• Polishing glasses and cutlery
• Greeting guests upon entering the restaurant and escorting them to their table
• Providing expert advice when selecting food and drinks
• Considering guests' personal preferences, inclinations, and needs
• Various tableside work for guests or at the sideboard (e.g., filleting)
• Preparing gastronomic special events

Pay according to apprentice compensation.

1st Class: EUR 1,050.00

2nd Class: EUR 1,180.00

3rd Class: EUR 1,400.00

4th Class: EUR 1,500.00
