Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will work collaboratively to communicate the unique appeal of our hotel and develop marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
As part of Marriott International—the world's largest hotel chain—Courtyard by Marriott operates more than 1,350 properties across over 60 countries and regions. Our Nagoya property opened in 2022 and continues to grow as a dynamic and innovative presence within the city.
Our team is dedicated to launching fresh and original ideas from Nagoya. Recent initiatives include collaborations with well-known characters and brands, such as Moomin, for themed afternoon tea experiences, and hosting the Hotel Burger Rally in 2025, an event that will involve multiple hotel chains across Nagoya.
We take pride in creating concepts that attract attention both locally and beyond, and we continuously explore new ways to inspire and delight our guests.
