What Will You Do?

• Learn the basics of kitchen organization and workflows.
• Prepare food items.
• Assist in the preparation of hot and cold dishes.
• Collaborate in various roles (gardemanger, entremetier, saucier, etc.).
• Plating and garnishing of dishes.
• Proper storage of food items.
• Adherence to hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
• Cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment.
