The team at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, is looking for Ladies and Gentlemen for the training/apprenticeship in the area of Restaurantfach (Refa). During your training as a Restaurantfachmann/-frau, you will become part of our dedicated team and learn all areas of high-end restaurant operations. From professional guest service to the skillful serving of food and beverages to organizational tasks in service – you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training at the highest level.

Your qualifications:

• Positive compulsory school diploma
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and enjoyment of guest contact
• Polite, friendly appearance and good manners
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Good German and English skills in speech and writing (additional languages are advantageous)
• Interest in organization, service, and administrative procedures

The legal minimum apprenticeship salary for the first year is € 1,050 for this position.
