The Team of The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, is looking for Ladies and Gentlemen for the training/apprenticeship in the area of:

Cook/Chef

During your training as a cook, you will become part of our dedicated kitchen team and learn all facets of fine gastronomy. From preparing fresh ingredients to preparing diverse dishes and creative menu design – you will receive a solid, hands-on training at the highest culinary level.

Your qualifications:

• Positive secondary school diploma
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and enjoyment of guest contact
• Polite, friendly appearance and good manners
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Good German and English skills in speech and writing (other languages are advantageous)
• Interest in organization, service, and administrative processes

The statutory minimum apprenticeship wage for the first year of apprenticeship is € 1,050 for this position.
