Hotel Internship Opportunity

We are looking for apprentices with a friendly demeanor who want to grow with us in our hotel chain. You should have a passion for work and enjoy interacting with people. You want to learn the role and craft of a perfect host who goes the extra mile to pamper their guests.

Your Tasks:

• Preparation of food in hotels and hospitality businesses
• Preparation of food items and provision of ingredients
• Organization of kitchen operations
• Proper processing of food items
• Handling of kitchen equipment
• Proper storage of food items
• Plating of finished dishes
• Creation of menus
• Handling of food items and knowledge of their effects
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and food laws
• All tasks in the kitchen and kitchen organization

Compensation according to apprentice compensation. 1st year: 1,050.00 gross, 2nd year: 1,180.00 gross, 3rd year: 1,400.00 gross
