- Administrative support for the Groups & Events department (preparing meetings, writing and translating menu cards)
- Preparing/assisting in the sale of small groups and events
- Professional support in planning conferences, congresses, and group bookings
- Organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of events; handling incoming requests with professional communication in writing and verbally with our international and national guest circle
- Creating offers and contracts
- Invoice control
- Administrative support in F&B and banquet management; point of contact on-site for customers and the banquet department
- Event booking in Opera System
- Competitive checks of offers in the city
- Attending daily groups meeting as well as F & B meeting

- Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy
- Proactive, team-oriented, and independent working style
- Interest in sales – also open to entry-level professionals

- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

The gross monthly salary is from € 2,300 (full-time basis) for this position. Willingness to pay more depends on experience and qualification.
