Responsibilities include:

• Preparing all event documentation for assigned functions, meetings, conferences and events
• Assisting with the planning & execution of local catering and social event opportunities
• Preparing detailed proposals, contracts and banquet event orders that are tailored to client requirements
• Working alongside all property departments and the customer to ensure a consistent, high level of service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events
• Inputting all group data information into each system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Acting as an ambassador for Moxy Sydney Airport and promoting awareness of the hotel

About You:

• Relevant industry experience in a similar role
